Actual problem was "diving". It is not easy to dive (I underestimate the upthrust ::). I kept my whole focus on waterproofing :()
well here are some tips, if you wanna built one. keep servos in the waterproof cabin(I used a plastic jar) connect rudder and elevator via long push rod, keep push rod cover in sleeve.
Motor doesn't need any waterproofing.

well these pictures are 3 years old and I have nothing other then that regarding to submarine. And If anybody want a submarine I can build one and that will work perfectly(I mean dive as well). So I will make video of manufacturing as well.  ;)
